1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, and help it work properly. Similar technologies such as local storage do the same job, and this policy covers those too.
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) we may only place non-essential cookies on your device with your consent. Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from that requirement.
2. The cookies we use
| Category | Purpose | Consent needed? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Remembering your cookie choice on this device, and the session cookies set by our Cal.com booking widget so that an appointment booking can be completed. | No — exempt, because without them the services you have asked for cannot work |
| Analytics | If enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand how many people visit the site and which pages they use, so we can improve it. These are switched off by default and are only set if you turn them on. | Yes — opt-in |
No analytics are currently running
At the time of writing we do not run Google Analytics or any other analytics on this website. The analytics option in our cookie settings is there so that, if we add it in future, it stays switched off unless you choose otherwise.
3. Third party cookies
Our online booking is provided by Cal.com. When a booking widget loads, or when you open a booking, Cal.com may set its own cookies to manage your booking session. These are controlled by Cal.com rather than by us. You can read their privacy information on the Cal.com website.
Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and, on some pages, images from Unsplash. These providers may log your IP address as part of serving those files.
4. Managing your choices on this site
You can change your mind at any time using the button, which reopens the preferences panel. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off because the site cannot function without them.
5. Controlling cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may stop parts of this site, including online booking, from working.
- Google Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies, or Settings → Privacy and security → Delete browsing data.
- Mozilla Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari (macOS) — Safari → Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → Apps → Safari → Advanced → Website Data.
- Microsoft Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.
